Seniors. African American, Hispanic American, American Indian/Alaska Native or
Asian Pacific American. US Citizen or resident. Entering a US college as full-time,
degree seeking student. Minimum 3.3 GPA. Significant financial need. Pell grant
eligible. Demonstrate leadership abilities. Nomination process consists of
Nominator, Nominee and Recommender forms. Students should see website for
