Broward HS seniors graduating 2012. At least a 4.5 cumulative GPA for grades
9,10, 11, and first semester of 12th. Photograph. Resume. Official transcript that
is in a sealed separate school envelope. Test scores. Student should review
attached Application Requirement Sheet, and Application for complete details
