To make sure you have copies readily available for your students, I am attaching three documents to this e-mail: 1) The 2015 scholarship criteria and other information sheet, 2) Scholarship Application Checklist, and 3) Scholarship Application Form. Could you please advise your students and, if possible, post it in your school bulletin?
