Broward County Rattlers Scholarship to FAMU
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- High School transcript
- Applicants must attend a Broward County Public School for the 2014-2015 School Year and be a resident of Broward County
- Wallet size photo (Headshot only). Full body or group photos will not be accepted and may prevent the application process.
- Signature of recommending person.
- Written response to "My Future Educational Goals and How This Scholarship Will Aid in Attaining These Goals"
- Copy of Parents Income Tax Statement.
- Copy of Students ACT/SAT Scores
- Copy of 2015-2016 FAFSA Form (Financial Aid Information)
- Proof of Acceptance to FAMU (Bring to Interview)
- Deadline: Application must be postmarked by March 20, 2015. Any applications received after this date will be discarded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Required Interview (candidates will be notified of scheduled dates).
