Eligibility Criteria:
High school juniors and seniors who will be attending a college, university, or
trade school after graduation. Interested in juvenile justice issues. Open to
students in public schools, private schools and juvenile placement facilities.
Students are asked to write a research paper on one of four subject areas related
to juvenile justice. Students should review the website for complete details,
research paper guidelines, and submission instructions:
